My stay at the hotel was unexpectedly delightful! The room was much larger than I expected, though it was a bit hot at times, I still had a pleasant sleeping experience. The hotel is conveniently located in Baton Rouge, with double beds and a sofa to relax on.
The hotel had nice and comfortable rooms, although the running water at inappropriate times for cleaning and dirty bed linens were drawbacks. The service was mixed, ranging from very friendly to rude at times. The location was cool but had some dark areas in the central space, with convenient happy hour snacks and affordable beer prices. The dining experience was a standard Embassy fare with quick service, and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids. The facilities offered were somewhat varied.
The hotel has spacious and clean rooms but needs new carpet. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. It is within walking distance to restaurants and perfectly located for Embassy visits. The dining was nice, with a great selection, and the facilities are suitable for a comfortable stay.
